Recording Day at Ivy Junction!

On Saturday we blocked out a day to record some excerpts of the material we've been playing! We got to work with XFR 4TA in his home studio, using the ambient sound of the room to capture the intimacy of a string quartet. You can hear some samples of the work right here on our website!

As an aside, several of us have worked with XFR in the past. You can find Patty and Laela playing on the Song "Sweet Ugly Me" from his old band, Griddle. Laela also joined Jonathan Segel of Camper Van Beethoven to record strings on XFR's debut album, 'Funny You Should Ask.'
